Specific engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement. In case of conflict between these terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for the engagement it covers.
METZ CODE offers professional software services, including custom software development for web, mobile, cloud, and on-premise environments; technical strategy and audits; dedicated engineering teams; and consulting and engineering leadership. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any engagement are defined in a written contract or statement of work.
Information you submit through the contact form or by email is used to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal where applicable. A proposal is non-binding and does not constitute a contract until accepted in writing by both parties.

For deliverables produced under a paid engagement, ownership and licensing are governed by the applicable contract.
If you share confidential information with us during an inquiry or engagement (technical specifications, business plans, internal data), we will treat it as confidential and use it only for the purpose for which it was shared. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before sensitive discussions if needed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of Iași, Romania, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website, except where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
